Lina Martin has the unique pleasure of being the NACHP Advocate for Uplifting Native Traditions and Indigenous Engagement, or AUNTIE. As the health career liaison for the UW–Madison Mercile J. Lee Scholarship Program, she works closely with students and connects them with a variety of health-related opportunities. She loves to make sure all of her students are taking care of themselves so they can be successful here at UW–Madison.
Martin grew up in Madison. She is an enrolled member of the Ho-Chunk Nation and a descendant of the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohicans.
